These “about us” pages are always awkward aren’t they? Do you talk about yourself in first person or third? What do you say without sounding conceited? So I’ll just do it as a list.

My name is Chad Wright.

I was born in west Texas, raised in north Texas, live in central Texas, and generally think Texas is the greatest place on Earth.

I love my family more than anything.

I shoot weddings with my wife, Rebecca, and love every second of it.

In addition to photography, I spend my days designing, writing and basically just being creative.

I like clients who enjoy shooting creatively and challenge me to do new things.

I’ve been shooting for five years and still enjoy learning new things every day.

I approach every shoot like it’s a shoot for a national magazine.

My guilty pleasures are playing Xbox and reading Ian Fleming’s original James Bond novels.

I use Twitter. A lot.

I also specialize in editorial and commercial photography.

My love of this business isn’t just shooting photos. It’s hearing all the stories of people’s lives and helping to tell them.
